223 - speaking of which

here's a music video from mark ronson with an uncanny resemblance to the jessica rabbit scene from "who framed roger rabbit". the animation is alright but all in all it just doesn't hold the same craftsmanship that jessica's stage scene does.

first of all the animation is amazing. moving a character beautifully through all those camera shifts and perspectives with a 2d character is pure genius. the weight of this animation that i feel out weights the previous is the way the animator keeps you engaged the whole time and makes the character strong and in charge of everyone in the audience. jessica would walk all over the character above.

anyway, this video is one of mark's better ones.
