There's something about old photos that I really find fascinating. I'm not sure if it's the era they capture or the aesthetic qualities but somehow my mind is captivated by them and I just want to see more. I remember picking up a book of shots from the Life magazine stretching back to the early part of the century and I couldn't put it down. There seems to be a kind of art to them as well that I find harder to spot in this present age, which seems to be flooded with Photoshoped perfection. I really hope that we can capture something of our era in the same manner of beauty as these.
